How does Bid2Win select a winner?

Then the player that submitted Bid Price Rs. 0.06 would be eligible to purchase the product/service for Rs. 0.06 because it is the closest Unique Bid to Rs. 0.01 and under the Maximum bid limit of Rs. 50000.00

Note: Should the End Date of an auction arrive and the Required Bids has not been reached then the auction may be extended.
